Source increases number of Managing Directors to nine

Source, an investment firm and a leading provider of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), is pleased to announce that Kevin Gant, James King and Stephen Crowe have been promoted to the position of Managing Director. In addition, five staff members have been promoted to Executive Director, one to Director and four to Associate level.

These awards are in recognition of individual achievements following another successful year for the firm.

“While Source is still a relatively young company, with fewer than 80 staff, we now have nine Managing Directors in addition to the Management Committee,” says Ted Hood, Chief Executive Officer. “This provides a depth of experience and expertise not normally enjoyed by a company of our size. James and Kevin have been with Source almost from day one, and they have both been extremely successful in tackling the operational challenges involved with setting up an innovative ETF structure and launching a wide range of funds. Likewise, Stephen has been with Source for several years and, among his various accomplishments, was instrumental in the Warburg Pincus investment in Source, completed in 2014.”

“It is particularly encouraging to see the longevity of our staff,” continues Mr Hood, “with around 15% having started as an intern and working their way up the ladder. This is testament not only to the attraction of Source as a growing and exciting place for talented individuals to want to work, but also our ability to retain and nurture that talent.”
