Acting on behalf of Aviva Group entities, Aviva Investors Real Estate France has bought a logistics platform from
Affine, constructed in the Aube logistics park at Buchères, near Troyes (10). The platform is entirely rented on a
long-term lease to Eurodif, a European home and fashion goods retailer.
