The following behaviors are prohibited on the comments sections of the domain next-finance.fr

- Illegal activities in all its forms, including copying or distributing unauthorized content, photos and images, harassment, fraud, prohibited trafficking, defamation, racial discrimination, incitement to violence or hatred;

- Publication of defamatory,insulting,obscene, offensive comments or comments which contravene the rights of others;

- Violence or incitement to political, racist or xenophobic violence, pornography, pedophilia, revisionism and holocaust denial;

- The disclosure of personal information of Next Finance’s reader without explicit consent, such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number;

- The diversion of the comments section to make propaganda or proselytizing, for professional or commercial purposes (canvassing, soliciting) and for political, religious or sectarian purposes;

Next Finance administrators reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse or remove any comment that violates the laws and regulations, or morals.
